We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Night Concierge to join a high-quality residential development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous concierge, security or customer service experience who takes pride in delivering outstanding service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors.
  • Monitoring access to the development and maintaining site security.
  • Conducting regular patrols of the building and reporting any issues.
  • Managing parcel and key handling procedures.
  • Responding promptly to resident enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Liaising with contractors, emergency services and the management team when required.
  • Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate shift records.
  • Ensuring communal areas remain safe, clean and presentable throughout the night.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a concierge, front-of-house or security role.
