We are currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive caretaker to join a residential development. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and providing excellent service to residents.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am-5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out day-to-day caretaking duties across the residential development
  • Ensuring communal areas (internal and external) are kept clean, safe, and well presented
  • Undertaking basic maintenance and minor repairs (e.g. lighting, minor plumbing, painting)
  • Managing waste and recycling areas
  • Conducting regular health & safety checks and reporting any issues
  • Liaising with residents, managing agents, and contractors in a professional manner
  • Responding to maintenance issues and emergencies as required
  • Supporting the smooth running of the development at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a caretaker, handyman, maintenance, or similar role
  • Practical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
