Overview
We are recruiting for a Regional Manager to join a well-established, independent block management company. This will be to oversee a team of 6 Property Managers.
The Role
- Oversee a team of 6
- Ensure smooth day-to-day management of a largely stable portfolio
- Provide leadership, support, and development to your team
- Work closely with internal departments including Accounts, Legal, and Maintenance
- Contribute to improving processes, efficiencies, and overall service delivery
- Play a key role in the strategic growth and development of the business
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in block/property management at a senior level
- Previous experience managing and developing a team
- Strong knowledge of residential block management legislation and compliance
- Ability to manage a large and varied portfolio
- A proactive mindset with a desire to improve and grow a business
- Ideally based within a reasonable commuting distance to the office
