A great opportunity for career progression within a growing company that specialises in Block Management. Your role will be within a small team managing existing and new clients and participating in the growth of the company.
Main Duties:
- Produce and manage budgets and overall expenditure for residential blocks, assisting with forecasts and reports.
- Have an understanding and experience with managing major works (section 20s).
- Administrate insurance claims.
- Arrange risk assessments and monitor health and safety.
- Manage and organise sub-contractors with works orders and service contracts.
- Undertake site inspections as per client contracts.
- Key and manage all invoices for their portfolio.
- Produce legal management packs for properties up for sale.
- Understand year-end accounts.
- Undertake AGMs/EGMs/directors meetings.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience within block management.
- Full UK Driving Licence, with their own car.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workloads.
- Excellent level of customer service skills.
- Team player.
- IRPM/TPI qualified or have a good understanding of block legislation.
