About the Role
My client is looking for an experienced Property Manager Roaming to provide flexible, high-quality property management support during periods of Property Manager absence, staffing gaps and portfolio transitions. This is a varied and fast-paced role, responsible for stepping into temporarily assigned portfolios and quickly taking ownership of developments, maintaining service continuity and ensuring clients, leaseholders, residents and contractors receive a consistently high level of service. You will manage a range of residential developments, working closely with leaseholders, resident directors, contractors and internal teams. The role requires someone who can quickly assess priorities, work independently and confidently manage both operational and financial aspects of property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly familiarise yourself with newly assigned developments, existing issues and ongoing projects.
- Review historical records, outstanding actions, compliance requirements and client/resident concerns.
- Prioritise critical matters and maintain continuity throughout portfolio transitions and staffing changes.
- Keep project trackers, compliance records and internal systems accurate and up to date.
- Provide clear and comprehensive handovers to incoming Property Managers.
