My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager / Personal Assistant to join their team in the property sector. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining responsibility for the day-to-day management of the office with dedicated support to senior directors. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong administrative and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ordering of general office supplies, kitchen items, stationery, and consumables.
- Oversee office coffee machine requirements, including maintenance coordination and stock ordering.
- Monitor and replenish stationery supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Liaise with suppliers to secure the best value and service for office requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs relating to fire alarms, intruder alarms, office equipment, lighting, and general facilities.
- Manage relationships with cleaning contractors, including arranging supplies and resolving any issues.
- Organise confidential waste disposal, recycling, and other related services.
