My client are looking for a highly organised Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy office.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, following processes and making sure important tasks don't get missed. You'll be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly, supporting colleagues and coordinating a range of operational and administrative activities.
Property or block management experience would be a real advantage, particularly as the role requires an understanding of what is urgent and what needs to be escalated. It could also suit someone from a property management or assistant property management background looking to move into a more office-based operational role.

Manage office facilities, supplies, repairs, meeting rooms and the general presentation of the office.
Coordinate office health & safety requirements, checks, servicing and records.
Support staff onboarding and induction, including equipment, IT access, phones and starter/leaver arrangements.
Coordinate company vehicles and related office records and administration.
Provide general HR administration support, including arranging meetings, preparing documentation and factual minute-taking where required.
