We are recruiting for an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-quality residential environment in Cheshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and hands-on manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, leading a successful team, and maintaining the highest operational standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the resident experience, site operations, team performance and compliance, while ensuring the property is presented to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and develop the on-site team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the property, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenditure and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value for money.
  • Produce operational reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee maintenance issues, contractor performance and ensure repairs are completed within agreed service levels.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the building and communal areas to ensure presentation, health & safety and compliance standards are met.
  • Manage resident enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Oversee occupancy, resident administration and rent collection processes.
  • Lead the site team through regular meetings, coaching and performance reviews.
  • Build strong working relationships with contractors, external agencies and local stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety legislation and data protection requirements.
  • Respond to emergency situations and support the operational needs of the site when required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Hospitality Manager, Residence Manager, Building Manager, General Manager or Site Manager.
  • Experience managing teams within hospitality, residential property, student accommodation or a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience managing budgets and operational performance.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
  • Positive, proactive and hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
