About the Role - Regional Head of Property Management
We are seeking an experienced property management professional to lead one of our Property Management divisions. As Regional Head, you will provide hands-on leadership, oversee day-to-day operations, manage senior and mid-level managers, and ensure the team delivers excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Line manage Team Leaders and provide broader oversight for Senior Property Managers, Property Managers, Associate Managers, and Assistant Managers.
- Oversee the division’s daily operations, ensuring smooth processes and regulatory compliance.
- Act as the decision-maker for escalations and complex client or operational issues.
- Mentor and develop team members through performance reviews and training initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
