A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established business, managing a residential block portfolio of circa 21 developments across London, the South East, and the Midlands. This is a fully remote role offering excellent flexibility, with minimal travel and a well-run portfolio.

The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of residential blocks, delivering a high level of service to clients and leaseholders
  • Oversee service charge budgets, expenditure, and financial performance
  • Arrange and attend AGMs, EGMs, and resident meetings (mainly remote)
  • Manage major works projects including Section 20 consultations
  • Instruct and oversee contractors for maintenance and repairs
  • Carry out site inspections where required
  • Ensure health & safety compliance across the portfolio
  • Liaise with accounts teams on budgets, reconciliations, and arrears
  • Handle insurance claims and general block management duties

About You

  • Experience in residential block/property management
  • Strong understanding of service charges and leasehold legislation
  • Ideally ATPI qualified (or working towards)
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
