A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established business, managing a residential block portfolio of circa 21 developments across London, the South East, and the Midlands. This is a fully remote role offering excellent flexibility, with minimal travel and a well-run portfolio.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of residential blocks, delivering a high level of service to clients and leaseholders
- Oversee service charge budgets, expenditure, and financial performance
- Arrange and attend AGMs, EGMs, and resident meetings (mainly remote)
- Manage major works projects including Section 20 consultations
- Instruct and oversee contractors for maintenance and repairs
- Carry out site inspections where required
- Ensure health & safety compliance across the portfolio
- Liaise with accounts teams on budgets, reconciliations, and arrears
- Handle insurance claims and general block management duties
About You
- Experience in residential block/property management
- Strong understanding of service charges and leasehold legislation
- Ideally ATPI qualified (or working towards)
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
