We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Handyman to join the on-site team at a high-end residential development in North West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent all-round maintenance skills who enjoys working in a customer-focused residential environment.
The Role You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks, helping to ensure the development is safe, well-presented and maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the development.
Complete routine inspections of communal areas.
Undertake basic plumbing, decorating, carpentry and general repairs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
Assist with planned preventative maintenance.
Liaise with specialist contractors where required.
Help maintain the overall appearance and safety of the development.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
What's on Offer Salary of £33,614.52 per annum (inclusive of contractual overtime).

About You Previous experience in a handyman, caretaker, maintenance operative or facilities role.
