Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-end residential estate, ensuring the highest standards of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full operational management of the estate, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, safety, and service are consistently maintained.
- Lead, manage, and motivate on-site teams including concierge, security, maintenance, and cleaning staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, handling queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors and service providers, ensuring all works meet agreed standards and compliance requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and statutory obligations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the estate to maintain exceptional standards across all communal areas and facilities.
