About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality property management services, ensuring compliance, financial performance, and excellent customer service for both clients and residents.
- Manage a portfolio of residential leasehold properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including Property Assistants, Inspectors, and Accounts
- Manage contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery and value for money
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance systems for each building
- Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets, ensuring timely approvals and demands
- Monitor income and expenditure, authorising invoices and maintaining financial control
- Work with accounts teams to deliver accurate year-end accounts and supporting commentary
- Develop and maintain long-term maintenance plans for each property
- Coordinate major works projects, including tendering and contract management
- Produce regular client reports covering operational and financial performance
- Portfolio performance and service delivery
- Stakeholder management (clients, residents, contractors)
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Financial management and budgeting
Current experience in residential property management
Strong knowledge of property legislation, compliance, and health & safety
Experience managing service charge budgets and financial reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
Full UK driving licence
Flexible and adaptable to business needs
