The predicted salary is between 38000 - 42000 Β£ per year.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm (can start anytime between 8-9am)
Salary: Β£38,000pa
Location: Home-Based with site visits once a week

Key Responsibilities- Portfolio & Client Management
- Manage a portfolio of residential blocks, acting as main point of contact for leaseholders & directors
- Deliver high-quality customer service and respond to queries promptly
- Weekly updates to directors and regular attendance at AGM/EGM/residents meetings
- Financial & Service Charge Management
- Prepare annual service charge budgets & monitor expenditure
- Work with accounts team on year-end processes and service charge reconciliation
- Authorise invoices and oversee arrears, coordinating with credit control
- Maintenance & Contractors
- Carry out regular site inspections and issue reports
- Arrange and manage contractors for cleaning, gardening, M&E servicing etc.
- Raise work orders and oversee completion
- Compliance & Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with leases, legislation & RICS code of practice
- Maintain H&S compliance, fire safety, emergency lighting, and other statutory checks
- Major Works & Section 20
- Plan & manage major works projects; issue and manage Section 20 notices
- Insurance & Claims
- Arrange insurance cover, valuations, and handle communal insurance claims
- Administration
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data compliance
- Manage PM assistant workload where applicable
- Ensure efficient handover on new or outgoing developments
