We are seeking an Associate Director (Block Management) to take responsibility for the day to day management of a London property portfolio. This is a senior leadership role, focused on driving performance, ensuring compliance, developing high performing teams and supporting the delivery of our wider service strategy and business plan.
The role involves providing visible leadership across the Property Management and New Business teams, stepping in as needed to ensure continuity of service.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide step-in leadership across Property Management and New Business teams when required
- Support the Head of Property / Head of New Business in delivering agreed service, strategy and business plans
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant property legislation across sites within your control
- Lead, manage and develop teams to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
- Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Manage a complex property portfolio
About you:
- Strong working knowledge of relevant industry standards and professional codes, including RICS, TPI
- Should hold an MTPI qualification
- Demonstrable experience delivering high standards of performance and client service within a property management environment
- Proven experience managing, leading and developing teams including managing underperformance and supporting with continued professional development
- Broader experience across complex property portfolios including experience in HRBs and building safety act, Multi schedule budgets and extensive major works projects
Salary: £70,000 to £80,000 plus great company benefits.
