Our client is seeking professional and customer-focused Temporary Concierge / Security Officers to provide high-quality front-of-house and security services at luxury residential developments.
This role is ideal for experienced security professionals who enjoy delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the safety and security of residents, visitors, and the property.
Key Responsibilities Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house service.
Monitor CCTV and access control systems.
Conduct internal and external security patrols.
Control access for residents, visitors, and contractors.
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and resident enquiries in a calm and professional manner.
Complete accurate incident reports and handover documentation.
Manage deliveries and maintain security within reception and communal areas.
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and site policies.
Requirements Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence (if applicable) Previous experience within residential concierge, corporate security, front-of-house, or hospitality security.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
