We are currently recruiting for Temporary Concierge staff to cover assignments across various luxury residential apartment buildings in London. Position: Temporary Concierge (Days and Nights available) Location: London (Various Locations) Salary: £11.44 to £12.00 per hour (Double Pay on Bank Holidays) Working Hours: Hours may vary Job type: Temporary Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Concierge desk Supporting last minute cover when available Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager Assisting residents with day to day queries Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively Issuing building fobs and parking permits To provide regular updated availability to manager. Previous experience working in luxury residential buildings or hotels is desirable.
