Our client is looking for reliable and hardworking Temporary Cleaners / Caretakers to support the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of residential developments.

Various temporary assignments are available, with the potential for ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain communal areas, including entrances, corridors, stairwells, lifts, and reception areas.
Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy, and presentable to a high standard.
Carry out routine caretaker duties, including litter picking, bin management, and basic site inspections.
Report maintenance issues, defects, and health and safety concerns to the relevant team.
Replenish cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is used safely and stored correctly.
Support the site team with general housekeeping and presentation of the development.
Adhere to health and safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Requirements Previous experience in cleaning, caretaking, facilities, or estate services is desirable.
A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
