Our client is looking for a driven, customer facing Resident Services Manager to lead on front of house operations and resident services at a luxury residential development in West London.
Working Hours: 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Location: West London
Aim of Post: To support the Estate Manager and the operational onsite team to include the Duty Managers, Concierge, Post Room Operatives, Security and Driver, with their day to day operational duties. The daily duties must be carried out ensuring positive first impressions and superior levels of customer service are met.
