We are recruiting for an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-quality residential environment in Cheshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and hands-on manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, leading a successful team, and maintaining the highest operational standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the resident experience, site operations, team performance and compliance, while ensuring the property is presented to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the on-site team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the property, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenditure and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value for money.
- Produce operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee maintenance issues, contractor performance and ensure repairs are completed within agreed service levels.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building and communal areas to ensure presentation, health and safety standards are met.
