Our client is looking for an experienced Night Concierge to be based at a luxury residential development in Harrow. Working hours are 7pm-7am, working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. Position: Night Concierge Location: Harrow, Greater London Salary: £28,000 per annum Job type: Permanent, Full-Time Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Concierge desk. Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times. Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site. Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager. Assisting residents with day to day queries. Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels. Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries. Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively. Issuing building fobs and parking permits. Previous experience working in luxury residential buildings is required.
