Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Property Management to join a well-established, independent block management company. This role has become available due to the long-standing Head of Department stepping down after many years of service, presenting a fantastic opportunity to take over a stable, well-run portfolio and play a key role in the future growth of the business.
The Role
- Oversee a team of 5 (4 Property Managers and 1 Assistant Property Manager)
- Manage your own portfolio including 3 large residential estates (circa 600 units)
- Some High-Rise Buildings (HRBs), with no cladding concerns
- Ensure smooth day-to-day management of a largely stable portfolio
- Provide leadership, support, and development to your team
- Work closely with internal departments including Accounts, Legal, and Maintenance
- Contribute to improving processes, efficiencies, and overall service delivery
- Play a key role in the strategic growth and development of the business

- Independent, well-established business with 20 staff members
- In-house maintenance team (4 staff)
- Additional teams across Property Management, Accounts, and Legal
