Job Purpose: Support the Maintenance Manager in delivering exceptional building and maintenance services, ensuring assets are maintained efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Manage departmental workflows, budgets, and strategies to meet operational goals and uphold quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to streamline workflows, improve processes, and meet compliance and customer demands. Manage supplier relationships and coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless services.
