Job Description We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Day Concierge to join a high-quality residential development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous concierge, security or customer service experience who takes pride in delivering outstanding service while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Monitoring access to the development and maintaining site security. Conducting regular patrols of the building and reporting any issues. Responding promptly to resident enquiries and providing excellent customer service. Liaising with contractors, emergency services and the management team when required. Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate shift records. Ensuring communal areas remain safe, clean and presentable throughout the night. Excellent communication and customer service skills. MUST have a full UK driving license. 3 on, 3 off shift pattern offering a great work-life balance. ~ Permanent, full-time position. ~ Supportive team and long-term career prospects.
