Job Description We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Caretaker to join a well-maintained residential development. General upkeep and maintenance of the development and communal areas Carrying out regular site inspections Litter picking and keeping external areas clean and tidy Carrying out minor maintenance and repairs Basic painting and decorating Monitoring lighting and reporting any faults Liaising with contractors and allowing access to the site when required Carrying out routine health, safety and building checks Seasonal grounds and external maintenance Previous experience in a caretaker, maintenance, facilities, cleaning or similar role Good general maintenance knowledge This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable, part-time Monday-to-Friday position within a residential environment.
