An opportunity to work with a loyal client base, from individuals to financial institutions and private and publicly quoted companies. Our multi-disciplined teams of London based property professionals offer a thorough knowledge of the central London sales, rental, property management and investment markets as well as painting an accurate picture of current and future trends. Your new Job As a Commercial Property Manager you will be looking after an allocated portfolio of properties consisting of both Commercial and Residential Block Management Properties. You will be part of a team of Property Managers and Reactive Maintenance and Facilities Co-Ordinators all who report to the Associate Director of Property Management. You will be responsible for the following tasks for your allocated portfolio:- Pro-active management of all key L&T events and critical date management of events on our CRM Oversee the rent collection process, ensure arrears are being chased and discuss steps for recovery of unpaid rent with the Associate Director. Ensuring that all properties remain compliant with regards to all insurance requirements as well as all H&S regulations and any other relevant legislation to protect our Client\’s position.
