We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Day Concierge to join a high-quality residential development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous concierge, security or customer service experience who takes pride in delivering outstanding service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors.
- Monitoring access to the development and maintaining site security.
- Conducting regular patrols of the building and reporting any issues.
- Managing parcel and key handling procedures.
- Responding promptly to resident enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Liaising with contractors, emergency services and the management team when required.
- Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate shift records.
- Ensuring communal areas remain safe, clean and presentable throughout the night.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a concierge, front-of-house or security role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and confident in emergency situations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good IT and administrative skills.
- MUST have a full UK driving license.
