Senior Property Manager – Block Manager THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE Currently working with a well established agent that require a new block manager due to company growth . This will be to oversee a portfolio of 3-4 large blocks with staff on site. Main duties: Senior Property Manager – Block Manger Liaising with Developers, Leaseholders, Freeholder and board of Directors and managing expectations of all aspects of block management.
