My Client an exciting luxury Food business are looking for an experienced individual with a proven track record for the position of Senior E-Commerce & Digital Manager.
About You Experience managing / leading digital retail / ecommerce; a ‘natural shopkeeper’; fixated on delivering your promise to the customer Have great understanding of retail, e-commerce and marketing businesses Have a proven track record as a commercial individual, who understands brand and customer (shopper)You are independent and self-directed but able to work and lead a team.
Have superior analytical skills to track and manage performance Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to persuasively sell ideas Effectively navigate and collaborate cross-functionally.
Requirements2/3 years in an e Commerce role within a DTC brand and, preferably either a luxury brand or restaurant business.
Good knowledge of Magento 2.
Good knowledge of Klaviyo or other similar systems, analysing date, building emails and segmentation.
Knowledge of GA, analysing and identifying areas for improved UX & conversion.
Keep up to date with e-commerce / trading best practice of tomorrow through training, research etc.
Email Marketing Develop the email marketing strategy across weekly newsletters, automated flow campaigns, targeted and personalised content and active a/b testing.
Strong knowledge of Klaviyo and advanced segmentation techniques.
Ensuring campaigns are kept within budget and maximum ROI is achieved.
