Role Overview: The Associate Director will lead the day-to-day relationship with clients, providing clear, decisive, and thoughtful direction on individual projects. This role requires strategic thinking for both short-term and long-term opportunities and accountability for the quality of output and efficiency of account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work fully integrated with the agency’s top luxury travel, hotel, property and luxury lifestyle clients, managing seven clients including hotel and property portfolios.
- Act as an extension of clients’ in-house teams, driving projects forward, organizing the team, and leading on strategy.
- Generate creative and robust ideas for client campaigns.
- Encourage, manage, and mentor junior team members, from Account Executives to Account Directors.
Qualifications: We seek a client-facing, personable individual with A-List press contacts, industry knowledge, and an understanding of luxury business. Energy, enthusiasm, tact, and patience are essential. The successful candidate must be prepared to attend evening events and travel as needed.
Additional Information: This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of three days in the office.
