The Role
- You will lead the strategy and day‑to‑day management of the brand's membership programme, driving retention, engagement and growth across a high‑value client portfolio.
- This is a senior, visible position that sits at the intersection of client experience, commercial performance and brand storytelling.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and executing the membership strategy, with a clear focus on lifetime value and loyalty.
- Building deep, personalised relationships with members — anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.

- Analysing membership data to identify trends, opportunities and retention risks.
- Leading and mentoring a small membership team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in membership, CRM, loyalty or client relations — ideally within luxury, hospitality, private members clubs or premium retail.
- A naturally warm, polished communicator with impeccable attention to detail.

- The ability to operate with discretion and confidence at senior and UHNW level.
