An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Office Manager to join the personal office of an Ultra-High Net Worth individual based in London. This is a varied and demanding role requiring discretion, initiative, and the highest standards of professionalism.
As Private Office Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the financial affairs, providing executive assistance, and managing the day-to-day operations of the principal's personal life and multiple family estates.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee personal and household financial matters including budgets, cash flow, and expense management
- Manage investments
- Liaise with wealth advisors, accountants, and tax specialists
- Process and reconcile invoices, statements, and financial documentation
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as required
- Manage banking relationships and transactions
- Monitor and track personal investment portfolios across multiple asset classes
- Maintain organised records of investment holdings, transactions, and performance
- Prepare investment summaries and consolidate reporting from various institutions
- Assist with due diligence on new investment opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate investment review meetings
- Provide high-level executive support to the principal
- Complex diary management and coordination across multiple time zones
- Arrange sophisticated travel itineraries including private aviation
- Act as primary liaison between the principal and external stakeholders
