Company overview: Our client is a global, integrated communications agency operating in the luxury, ultra-luxury and lifestyle sectors. They help their clients build audiences, increase revenue and transform their brands. They have offices in New York, Miami, Los Angeles and London.

Role Overview: The Managing Director will lead the day-to-day running of the UK business and will be responsible for running a healthy P&L. They will be the final point of contact with clients, providing clear, decisive, and thoughtful direction on individual projects. This role requires strategic thinking for both short-term and long-term opportunities and accountability for the quality of output and efficiency of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work fully integrated with the agency’s top luxury travel, hotel, property and luxury lifestyle clients, managing clients including hotel and property portfolios.
  • Build, recruit and mentor new account team personnel.
  • Generate creative and robust ideas for client campaigns.
  • Encourage, manage, and mentor junior team members, from Account Executives to Account Directors.

Qualifications: We seek a client-facing, personable individual with A-List press contacts, industry knowledge, and an understanding of luxury business. Energy, enthusiasm, tact, and patience are essential. The successful candidate must be prepared to attend evening events and travel as needed.

Additional Information: This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of three days in the office.
