Our client is one of the UK's most exciting growing names in premium bars and restaurants, with a portfolio of 20+ venues across the country. They’re looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to own and grow their group and corporate revenue stream — building the relationships that fill their venues with the right people, at scale.

The Role

This is a B2B sales position at its core. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with event agencies, corporate travel and entertainment bookers, and PA/EA networks — the people who decide where large groups spend serious money. Once those relationships are established, the expectation is clear: grow them, retain them, and convert them into consistent, high-value bookings across the portfolio.

You’ll work closely with venue teams and the wider commercial function, but this role is for someone who thrives out in the market — meeting people, building trust, and closing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively targeting and winning new agency and corporate accounts
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing B2B relationships
  • Driving group bookings across 20+ premium bars and restaurants nationwide
  • Representing the brand at industry events, networking functions, and client entertaining
  • Working to revenue targets with full visibility on your commission — uncapped

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven track record in B2B sales within hospitality, events, or a closely related field
  • Existing relationships within the agency or corporate entertainment space — these will be valuable from day one
  • A natural relationship-builder who understands how to develop contacts into long-term, commercially productive accounts
  • Someone comfortable operating independently and managing their own pipeline
  • Ambition. The OTE is real, and the right person will hit it.

The Package

£40,000–£50,000 base salary (dependent on experience) OTE £85,000–£100,000+ — uncapped. The backing of an established, growing hospitality group with real brand weight behind you.
