A well-established luxury interiors brand is looking for a commercially minded Digital Manager to take ownership of their digital performance and help drive the next phase of growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on data, process, and measurable results — not brand campaigns or creative concepting.
The Role
Sitting at the heart of the digital function, you will be responsible for both shaping and executing digital strategy across the brand's online channels. You'll manage an external agency, hold them accountable to KPIs, and translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with a Content Executive who handles creative output, freeing you to focus on what you do best: strategy, reporting, and performance optimisation. This is a role that rewards rigour. If you love a dashboard, know your way around analytics platforms, and take pride in building processes that actually work — you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the digital strategy across relevant channels
- Day-to-day management of the external digital agency, including performance reporting and accountability
- Produce regular reporting on digital performance, drawing out meaningful insights and recommendations
- Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency across the digital function
- Collaborate with the Content Executive to ensure creative output aligns with digital objectives
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to keep the brand ahead of the curve
About You
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on performance, data and analytics
- Comfortable working both strategically and operationally — this is a roll-your-sleeves-up position
- Experienced in agency management and holding external partners to account
- Confident producing clear, concise reporting for senior stakeholders
- Background in luxury, interiors, or agency-side is a genuine advantage
- Open to a strong junior stepping up, or a more experienced candidate looking for ownership
The Opportunity
Hybrid working with 3 days per week at the brand's Chelsea Harbour offices. A rare chance to join a respected name in luxury interiors with real autonomy to shape how they show up digitally.
