About the Role

Our client, a leading art gallery group operating prestigious galleries across the UK, is seeking an experienced Group CRM Manager. This is a pivotal role that will initially focus on implementing a new CRM system across their entire gallery network, before transitioning to ongoing system management and optimization nationwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive CRM implementation project that will transform how the organization manages customer relationships across all locations, followed by driving effective utilization of the system to enhance customer experience and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation Phase
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new CRM system across all UK gallery locations
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for system rollout
  • Coordinate with IT teams, external vendors, and gallery management to ensure seamless implementation
  • Design and configure CRM workflows to meet the specific needs of the art gallery sector
  • Conduct comprehensive data migration from existing systems while maintaining data integrity
  • Create and deliver training programs for staff across all gallery locations
  • Establish testing protocols and quality assurance processes throughout implementation
  • Ongoing Management Phase
    • Manage and optimize CRM system performance across the entire gallery network
    • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
    • Create comprehensive reporting and analytics frameworks to measure customer interactions and sales performance
    • Ensure consistent CRM usage and best practices across all gallery locations
    • Provide ongoing training and support to gallery teams nationwide
    • Monitor system performance and coordinate with technical teams for maintenance and updates
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize CRM effectiveness

    Essential Requirements

    • Proven experience implementing CRM systems - this is critical for success in this role
    • Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-location rollouts
    • Excellent understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
    • Experience in data migration and system integration
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to create meaningful reports and insights
    • Excellent communication and training skills for working with diverse teams
    • Ability to travel regularly across the UK to support gallery locations
