Global E-commerce Manager

Location: Henley on Thames (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

About Our Client

The Role

They are seeking an experienced Global E-commerce Manager to join their dynamic digital team, driving their online retail strategy across multiple regions while maintaining the exclusivity and desirability of their luxury brand in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with the brand positioning
• Lead the management and optimization of the global e-commerce platform
• Drive online sales growth and digital customer acquisition across multiple markets
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
• Oversee website functionality, user experience, and customer journey optimization
• Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Manage relationships with technology partners and third-party integrations
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service to ensure seamless fulfilment

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in e-commerce management, specifically within the luxury sector
• Strong understanding of global luxury e-commerce landscapes and market dynamics
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, CMS, and analytics tools
• Outstanding project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
• Forward-thinking approach to digital innovation while preserving brand identity
