This is a strategic leadership role overseeing retail operations, wholesale partnerships, and CRM/sales strategy for the business.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimising sales operations, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results across all touchpoints.
The Role:
Based in London, you will provide strategic direction and operational leadership across the entire sales function. This is not a direct sales position but a senior commercial role requiring a sophisticated understanding of luxury retail dynamics, wholesale relationship management, and data-driven sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across retail, wholesale, and direct-to-client channels
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve ambitious targets
