The Role
As Director of Art and Culture, the successful candidate will be the creative architect behind the cultural identity of this exclusive private island development. Working closely with the interiors team, they will curate an exceptional collection of art and cultural experiences that complement the sophisticated lifestyle the discerning clientele expects.
Key Responsibilities:
Art Curation & Collection Management
- Source, evaluate, and acquire exceptional artworks that align with the development's luxury positioning
- Collaborate with the interiors team to seamlessly integrate art into the island's residential and communal spaces
- Develop relationships with leading international artists, galleries, and art advisors
- Oversee the installation, conservation, and ongoing management of the art collection
Cultural Programming & Events
- Conceptualize and execute world-class cultural events including exclusive concerts, speaker series, and intimate dining experiences
- Curate programming that attracts and engages Ultra High Net Worth individuals
- Develop partnerships with cultural institutions, luxury brands, and entertainment industry leaders
