The Company
With a rich programme of artists, exhibitions, and editions, they are now investing seriously in their digital infrastructure — and this hire sits at the heart of that ambition.
This is a strategic CRM appointment, brought in at a pivotal moment. The business is mid-way through the integration of a new CRM system, working alongside an external agency, and needs a commercially minded operator to take ownership of the roadmap from here.
You will define how the gallery communicates with its audience — collectors, buyers, enquirers, and cultural followers — and rebuild those relationships in a way that is more relevant, more considered, and ultimately more effective at driving sales and engagement.
It is a strategy-first position, with the ability to influence creative direction and hold an agency accountable to results. The role is fully office-based, five days a week in Central London.
- Leading the ongoing CRM system integration in partnership with the external agency, acting as the senior internal voice on delivery, priorities, and outcomes.
- Developing and owning the CRM strategy — segmentation, journey mapping, contact cadence, and re-engagement programmes across the full database.
- Collaborating with the wider team on email design and content direction, providing strategic steer on tone, timing, and targeting.
- Working closely with sales to ensure CRM activity is directly supporting commercial objectives — more enquiries, more sales, more repeat buyers.
- Championing data hygiene and segmentation best practice throughout the organisation.
A proven CRM professional with experience in a commercially driven, brand-led environment — luxury, art, culture, or lifestyle backgrounds are all of interest.
Someone who leads with strategy but understands the mechanics — you know what good looks like technically, even if you are not building it yourself.
Strong analytical instincts — comfortable in the data, able to translate performance into clear commercial insight.
Clear, confident communicator who can work across creative, commercial, and technical stakeholders without losing the thread.
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000, with flexibility for the right candidate.
Location: Central London — fully office-based, five days a week.
