Our client is a global, integrated communications agency operating in the luxury, ultra-luxury and lifestyle sectors. They help their clients build audiences, increase revenue and transform their brands. The Managing Director will lead the day-to-day running of the UK business and will be responsible for running a healthy P&L. They will be the final point of contact with clients, providing clear, decisive, and thoughtful direction on individual projects.
This role requires strategic thinking for both short-term and long-term opportunities and accountability for the quality of output and efficiency of the business.
Work fully integrated with the agency’s top luxury travel, hotel, property and luxury lifestyle clients, managing clients including hotel and property portfolios.
- Build, recruit and mentor new account team personnel.
- Generate creative and robust ideas for client campaigns.
- Encourage, manage, and mentor junior team members, from Account Executives to Account Directors.
The successful candidate must be prepared to attend evening events and travel as needed.
Additional Information: This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of three days in the office. They offer a base salary of £110K-£125k, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and flexible hybrid working.
