Jackson Quinn are looking for a Legal Secretary to provide support to our busy family law department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a busy firm and will be supporting solicitors in the department. This position is based in Nottingham City Centre.
The successful candidate must have a strong background in providing legal secretarial support and be comfortable with a wide variety of people. Good IT skills particularly with MS Office and good command of the English language along with the following skills are required:
- Ability to audio type
- Organisation skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritising and managing processes
- Competent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong sense of discretion
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Hours 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday (Flexible hours / days will be considered). This is an excellent role for someone who has a positive approach and desire to progress.
