Jackson Quinn is currently accepting applications for the role of conveyancing paralegal within our
busy property department. Supporting our Head of Conveyancing, you will assist with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing and some commercial matters. Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing assistance to the Head of Conveyancing and property department generally;
Liaising with clients and other professionals including estate agents;
Dealing with land registry, mortgage lenders, search providers and HMRC;
Drafting legal documents;
Managing post completion matters.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills with
impeccable attention to detail.
In addition, the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a positive, can-do attitude in a
pressurised environment is essential. You will possess an excellent timekeeping and
attendance record, and be hard-working and organised, as well as adaptable and
accommodating. You must be proficient with IT including word, Excel and outlook and
confident with using a case management system.
Experience of working in a conveyancing department is essential.
This role will based at either our Worksop or Retford office, salary is negotiable depending on experience.
