The Position:
- General urology
- Monday-Friday schedule
- 1 week of call every 7 weeks, no clinic work during this week – call is extremely light!
- State-of-the-art, modern hospital and brand-new clinic
- Access to 2 da Vinci robots
- J1/H1b eligible
Compensation Highlights:
- 550K Annual salary + wRVUs expected at 100K
- 50K sign on plus choice of 75K residency stipend or loan repayment
- Excellent Benefits including: Health, Malpractice, Retirement, CME Allowance, etc.
- 6 Weeks of PTO

Being minutes from Ocean City, Maryland, the area is a tourist destination in the summer for its beaches and is equidistant between Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Washington, DC and Baltimore, Maryland. The beautiful Wicomico River winds through downtown Salisbury offering relaxing outdoor dining and picturesque festivals. The surrounding beach areas host events with nationally acclaimed musicians throughout the summer. The region has excellent outdoor recreational activities including the full spectrum of watersports, golf, biking and is home to the Delmarva Shorebirds, which is the minor league team affiliated with the Baltimore Orioles.
