Our Wills, Trusts and Probate team, based at our Hoylake Office, is looking for an experienced Paralegal or a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their team.

Overall Purpose of the role:

To provide first-rate legal services tailored to our clients’ needs, ensuring full compliance with our policies and regulatory bodies. To act as an ambassador for the group, actively promoting our services.

Key Experiences:

  • 3+ years experience in Wills, Trusts & Probate or Newly Qualified Solicitor
  • Ability to manage own caseload
  • Experience working towards targets (Chargeable hours)
  • Good organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Proficient in IT and case management software
  • Excellent client care skills with empathy towards clients

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date case management systems for efficient document retrieval and management
  • Perform duties as requested by fee earners, team leaders, or management
  • Prepare routine and legal documents for fee earner approval
  • Assist fee earners with chargeable legal services
  • Conduct research, draft documents, liaise with clients and third parties, and provide legal advice
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to risk management through regular assessments and excellent client care
