The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
You will need to be a strong leader of people with a passion for quality. You will need to work with your production colleagues to ensure that the quality of our products is the best in the food to go industry whilst committing to our on time and in full approach to customer service.
What you will be doing:
- Driving a RFT quality culture in production areas
- Delivery of training and compliance signoff for production and technical colleagues
- Lead/drive and mentor the culture around waste management
- Overseeing the daily taste panel compliance to customer specification
- Managing the GMP internal audit schedule and compliance
- Conducting internal QMS audits in line with schedule
- Developing and managing training plans for QA/QCs to ensure upskill and succession plans identified (PDP’s/PDR’s)
- Management of traceability software
- Managing the site's quarantine and disposal log
- Implementing 10 day and under actions to minimise waste
- Delivery of induction training in line with shared responsibility across the team
- Conduct destructive pack tests for all new launches against QAS & Specification
- Management of site calibration schedule

- Expert knowledge of food safety systems (BRCGS) and factory standards
