We’re delighted to be partnering with this forward thinking professional services firm in their search for a People & Culture Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build HR experience in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
- Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, offboarding, promotions, absence management)
- Support HR processes such as engagement surveys, talent reviews, and salary reviews
- Coordinate recruitment for student and junior roles, including interviews, offers, and communications
- Contribute to People & Culture projects and internal communications
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Dutch Employment Laws
- Strong communication, organisational, and relational skills
- Proficient in HR systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Microsoft Office)
- Highly proactive, with excellent attention to detail and cultural sensitivity
