Exciting position working with a growing digital consultancy operating within the construction and infrastructure sector, helping clients improve project delivery through BIM, Information Management and Digital Transformation. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to add a BIM Technologist to their team.

This is an opportunity to work across major healthcare, public sector and large-scale development programmes, supporting project teams with digital delivery, information management and project assurance activities.

This is not a traditional BIM modelling position. You'll use your BIM expertise to help project teams deliver better outcomes through improved information management, digital processes and project controls. The role sits between BIM, Digital Delivery and Information Management, combining technical knowledge with stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting BIM implementation and digital delivery across live projects
  • Reviewing and validating project information and BIM deliverables
  • Working with project teams to identify and resolve delivery challenges
  • Managing and auditing information within Common Data Environments (CDEs)
  • Producing project insights, reporting and visualisation outputs
  • Advising stakeholders on digital best practice and compliance
  • Assisting with process improvement and digital transformation initiatives

We're keen to speak with individuals who have experience in some of the following:

  • Revit, Navisworks
  • BIM Coordination
  • Digital Delivery
  • Information Management
  • ISO 19650
  • BIM Assurance / Model Validation
  • Power BI or data reporting tools
  • Stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication
  • Experience within healthcare, infrastructure, public sector or major construction projects would be beneficial but is not essential.

Why Join?

  • Strong project pipeline and long-term growth plans
  • Exposure to major healthcare and public sector programmes
  • Opportunity to work across BIM, Information Management and Digital Transformation
  • Small, collaborative team where your ideas can genuinely influence the business
  • Exposure to emerging technologies, data and innovation initiatives
  • Clear opportunities for professional development and progression

Most importantly, they're looking for people who are naturally curious. Individuals who enjoy learning, improving processes and exploring new ways of delivering projects through technology.
