Role Overview:
The company is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Executive to drive sales within our established network of architects, main contractors, and subcontractors. This is a consultative sales role that focuses on strengthening existing relationships rather than generating new business. Your role will be to guide clients through the specification process, ensuring their interior solutions meet design, technical, and commercial requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with architects, main contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring our solutions are specified in their projects.
- Work closely with design teams to provide technical expertise and support during the specification process.
- Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities within existing accounts to expand product adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, manufacturing, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging materials to maintain our competitive edge.
- Conduct client presentations and site visits to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
- Manage project pipelines, track progress, and report sales performance to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role within interiors, fit-out, building envelope or construction.
- Strong technical understanding of interior specification processes and materials.
