Jackson Hogg are delighted to be partnering with our returning client for the appointment of an Electrical Maintenance Technician on a permanent basis. This is a full time, day shift position. Our client are a long established manufacturing business with exciting investment planned for the next 5 years. Having just invested heavily into new machinery, and the engineering environment this is a great time to join them. They are a people focussed organisation offering excellent development plans and truly look after their people. This role will suit someone who is electrically biased with previous experience of working with heavy duty machinery.
Job Description
- Support the Engineering and Facilities Manager/Maintenance team leader with timely response to machinery breakdowns
- TPM of machinery onsite to reduce machinery downtime
- First and second fix electrical installations in office and commercial environments
- Fixed wire remedial works
- Support on site refurbishment projects, including but not limited to wiring, building works, floor and walkways, machinery moves
- General site maintenance repairs
Skills Required
- Time served electrically biased maintenance technician
- 17th or 18th edition
- Previous experience within a heavy plant environment is desirable
